Employee adaptation process

The point of the program is to improve the process of adaptation, learning about the company and the manner of performing duties, in accordance with the norms and policies in the company, by new employees or employees changing their professional field within the organization.

The IDES consultant ensures

Preparation of:

  • Program stages
  • information materials for participants

Agrees with the contractor's representative on:

  • Objectives to be accomplished under the program
  • Persons responsible for introducing an employee into the process and their roles in the process:
  • Expected results at particular stages
  • Result controlling tools
  • Actions taken in case of lack of the expected result
